In addition to the above, diapers and feminine hygiene items are also needed. There will be an additional collection point at Democracy Square [EDIT: Liberty Square aka Freedom Square] (aka Chiang Kaishek Memorial) from 7pm to 9pm every evening this week; the organizer is Luke, 0988-270-489, of the group PTT Net Friends. They also need people to donate boxes and tape.

Do you mean Liberty Square? The Democracy Memorial Hall's nomenclature has reverted to CKS Memorial, as you noted, but there's never been a Democracy Square AFAIK.

Ah, yeah, that's the one, aka Freedom Square. Having the hall have one name and the square have two others is confusing. Anyway: Look for the signs saying "PTT NET FRIEND". They're taking donations 7p-9p tonight and every night this week, and also need volunteers to box up the goods (probably 6:45 until late; one volunteer during the collection period last night was still there past 10pm boxing stuff up); I was told that they'll probably also need boxes, tape and cutting implements. I can't confirm the detail; I'll see if I can get clarification and will post again later. Looks like a trip to Costco then Liberty Square might be in order tonight.
